decent locationsurprise chargebusted phone
the location was pretty decent i guess, easy enough to get to stuff.
this place hit me with a surprise $500 charge for smokin, but i swear i wasnt smoking, i think. the front desk acted like they'd never heard this happen before, which i didnt believe at all. the phone in the room was busted too, so i struggled to even complain about the false alarm.

The rooftop bar was marketed as a real highlight , but the service let it down. The wait times for drinks were quite long and they even ran out of some beers. One night , access to the terrace was restricted due to a private event. I felt that the hotel should have considered guests who chose to stay there for that amenity. The inside bar area felt too sterile and lacked any real atmosphere.

The location was great. The outdoor space was amazing. Breakfast options were also very good. The staff at the bar and front desk were very friendly and accommodating, a real plus!
The music in the lobby could be overwhelming sometimes.
